The London Speaker Bureau was the official content partner of the Youth Engagement Summit (YES 2009), which took place in Kuala Lumpur on November 16th and 17th 2009.
The London Speaker Bureau South East Asia was responsible for securing all the speakers for the conference, including Donald Trump, Bob Geldof, Biz Stone, co-founder of Twitter, Nando Parrado, survivor of the Andes air disaster, Tony Fernandes, founder of Air Asia, Mamphela Ramphele, a former Managing Director at the World Bank, Garry Kasparov, former world chess champion, and Randi Zuckerberg, Head of Marketing at Facebook. The conference drew more than 5,000 young people from across South-East Asia, and received a huge amount of press coverage.
